If you are looking for the illumination in Tokyo, Marunouchi Nakadori Avenue is the place to go. It’s a bit different from the flashy LED decorations that are common these days, but you can enjoy a more relaxed illumination.
Marunouchi Naka-dori Avenue is a one-kilometer stroll that runs from Yurakucho Station to Tokyo Station. It’s a good distance for a walk, so why not walk to Tokyo Station after enjoying sightseeing in Ginza?
The illumination is usually held between November and February, but please check the official website for details.
In addition, there is a building called KITTE near Tokyo Station where you can enjoy a beautiful night view from the observation deck. I recommend stopping by here on the way.
